What great couple of days it’s been for sports fans.  Baseball season finally got started with opening day games on Sunday and Monday.  And March Madness wrapped up last night with one doozy of a National Championship game.  How exciting was Villanova’s win over North Carolina?   Wow, what a game!

All during March Madness I’ve been sharing ideas on how to incorporate your favorite basketball team colors into your working wardrobe.  I got feedback from a few of you that you liked those posts, and would like to see something similar for other sports too.

So I’m moving on to Soccer with today’s post.  I have jewelry listed in the shop for most of the Major League Soccer team colors, and am working on having the rest available by the end of April.

There are 15 color combinations used by the 20 teams in the MLS, and I’m featuring 6 of those team colors this week:

Navy Blue and Light Blue are the kit colors for the New York City FC, the Vancouver Whitecaps FC and the Sporting Kansas City:

Red and White are used by the Chicago Fire and New York Red Bulls:

Red and Royal Blue are on the uniforms of FC Dallas and Real Salt Lake:

Green and Yellow are used by the Portland Timbers (2015 MLS Cup winners):

Navy and Red are kit colors for New England Revolution:

Black and Red are uniform colors for DC United:

You can find this week’s wardrobe suggestions, as well as all of the past ones on my Team Colors At Work  Pinterest board.  And of course most of the jewelry included in the pics is from Team Colors By Carrie.

If you aren’t already following the blog, be sure to do so, because I’ll be back next week with more Team Colors at Work for professional soccer teams, then later in April and May with ideas for wearing your favorite baseball, basketball and hockey team colors.

How does that sound?

I’d love to hear from you!
