The college and professional football seasons are both under way, and I’m really excited because my Badgers won another one over the weekend, after coming off their big upset over LSU the week before. Â And my Green Bay Packers pulled out a nail biter against the Jaguars to start their season at 1-0.
Even if your teams aren’t off to the same great great start, there is one thing that makes everybody happy.  And that’s tailgating, of course!
Whether you enjoy your pre-game party in the stadium parking lot, in your back yard or even your living room, a great tailgate party centers around wearing your team colors, cracking open an ice cold beer (or other beverage of your choice), and spending time with friends and family.
But the MOST important part of a good tailgate party is the food! Firing up the grill for burgers and brats (I’m a still a Wisconsin girl at heart) is a tailgating tradition. But it takes a minute or two to get that grill going, and you are going to want something to munch on while you wait.
That’s where appetizers come in, and some of my favorite appetizers are dips. There are so many possibilities that you are sure to have a favorite, no matter how you like to dip it.
Today I’m sharing 14 dip recipes that are so good that they are sure to change your life. And if they don’t change your life, at least they’ll be a hit on game day!
Here you go. Prepare to start drooling …
